(the Company, dba SwapooLabs), a duly organized and existing entity under the laws of the Philippines, was incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 19, 2016, primarily to operate as an export enterprise by engaging in business process outsourcing for foreign clients, particularly as service provider to undertake or perform Information Technology (IT) related works such as, but not limited to, creating software, websites, and to do and perform such other activities as necessary to the attainment of these services.
